Our customer road show continues on the west coast where Expedock cofounders Jeff Tan and Jig Young visit our long time customer, JUSDA Supply Chain Management, to introduce JUSDA to their new Expedock Account Manager.

Our team was able to workshop best practices on Cargowise processes within billing and collections for JUSDA's accounting & operations teams within International freight management department.

By introducing these new processes that Expedock advised JUSDA on, Expedock is not only going to be able to automate thousands of man hours for the month of August but we are also able to shape the underlying process with the customers so that we can address the heart of the problem.
