This Code outlines the standards Expedock expects from all suppliers and contractors (“Suppliers”) in their dealings with us, our clients, and the wider community. All Suppliers must operate in full compliance with applicable laws and in alignment with these ethical, labor, and environmental principles.
3. Scope and Applicability
This Code applies to all third-party entities that provide goods or services to Expedock, whether directly or indirectly. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their subcontractors and partners also comply with these standards.
4. Definitions
Supplier: Any third-party vendor, service provider, or contractor engaged by Expedock.

Laws: All applicable local, national, and international regulations relevant to operations.

Suppliers must conduct business ethically, fairly, and transparently. Bribery, corruption, extortion, or any form of unethical advantage is strictly prohibited.

Suppliers must comply with all applicable labor, human rights, health and safety, trade, anti-bribery, and environmental laws in the jurisdictions where they operate.
8. Environment, Social & Governance (ESG)
Expedock expects suppliers to actively manage and reduce environmental impacts, uphold human rights, and maintain strong governance standards.

Suppliers should minimize waste, conserve energy, reduce emissions, and handle hazardous materials safely.

Suppliers must promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and treat all individuals with dignity and respect.
11. Harassment and Discrimination
Suppliers must maintain workplaces free from harassment, abuse, or discrimination based on legally protected characteristics.
12. Modern Slavery, Forced, and Child Labor
All forms of forced, bonded, trafficked, or child labor are strictly prohibited.
13. Health & Safety in the Workplace
Suppliers must provide safe, healthy, and hygienic working environments, with proper protective equipment and training.
14. Governance
Suppliers should maintain robust governance practices, including clear accountability, transparent decision-making, and legal compliance.
15. Anti-Corruption
Suppliers must not engage in bribery, kickbacks, or improper influence in business dealings.
16. Provision and Receipt of Gifts
Suppliers may not offer or accept gifts, hospitality, or favors intended to influence business decisions.
17. Conflict of Interest
Suppliers must avoid situations where personal or financial interests conflict with their obligations to Expedock.
18. Client Codes of Conduct
Where relevant, Suppliers must comply with client-specific codes of conduct in addition to this Code.
19. Data Protection and Security Policy
Suppliers must protect all Expedock and client data, complying with applicable data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, local regulations).

Suppliers must not speak on behalf of Expedock to the media, government, or investors without prior written authorization.

23. Record Accuracy and Retention

25. Conflict Minerals
Suppliers must ensure that products supplied to Expedock do not contain conflict minerals sourced from high-risk areas.

27. Certification of Compliance & Audit
Expedock may require written certification of compliance and may audit suppliers to verify adherence.
28. Monitor Compliance & Report Violations
Suppliers must have mechanisms for reporting violations without fear of retaliation. Concerns related to Expedock business can be reported to compliance@expedock.com.
